Learn how to use Embrilliance software to create professional looking monograms and names, applique patches and combine designs. We will purchase, download and install fonts and then learn how to use them in Embrilliamce to create designs, change them and send to your machine.

We will combine designs, add lettering to an existing design, change colours to suit the thread you have, and create a few design compilations with lettering and embroider them.

You only have to know basic operation of your laptop to do this class. If you need help with installing your software, please ask me to help you before the class.

Materials and tools needed

Laptop with Embrilliance Essentials and Thumbnailer installed (purchase online here for Essentials and here for Thumbnailer
Power cable, mouse (if you use one)
Your embroidery machine, some fabric to embroider test pieces on plus tearaway stabiliser and thread. Any brand of machine.

Please ensure your machine is in good working order before the class, and you are well versed in the basic embroidery functions of you machine.

Class consists of 3 sessions of 2.5 hours each
