We have put together some kit options for those people who want to ensure they have all the components,or just want to get some of the non negotiables (like the printed panels!)

Update: The applique in this project can be done in a few ways: 

Needleturn (as described in the pattern)

For this you will trace the designs onto freezer paper and hand sew onto the background. The Mylar is used to cut a template to shape the stitcheries before applique and the papers and templates are used to make the triangles and cirlces which are then appliqued by hand. You will need a glue stick, long thin sharp needles and applique pins.

Fused Applique

For this faster method, you will trace the designs onto double sided fusible (eg. Steam-A-Seam or HeatNBond) and then fuse them onto the background. You can hand or machine applique around the edges, using blanket stitch or running stitch. If you prefer this method, you will need only the Mylar but not the papers and templates. You will need some Steam-A-Seam or HeatNBond. 

Other notions you may need: 
- Light pad for tracing
- Water erasable pen
- Good scissors for cutting out 
- Wool pressing mat
