World Wide Knit in Public day is celebrated, well, world wide! This year the date is 10 June and we are teaming up with our sister shop in Rangiora, The Wool Shop. Together we will take our knitting and crochet bags and go big: We're going to High Tea at the gorgeous Five Star Eliza's Manor in Bealy Avenue.
How will we get there? On the bus, of course, so we can do more knitting in public! Bring your knitting or crochet and join us for a fun day of chatting, delicious treats and surprises, all while working away on your project! You may dress for the occasion.... and singing on the bus is optional :-)
The ticket includes your registration, event tote bag and High Tea, including a barista made drink or a glass of bubbly. Extra drinks and bus fares not in cluded.
