You have heard it is possible, so now let me show you how! We will

- revisit cutting appliques with double sided fusible and using freezer paper (for hand applique), using designs on the machine or from the internet.

- Scan a commercial applique pattern on your ScanNCut, transfer it to CanvasWorkspace and send it back to yoru ScanNCut as a clean cutting file.

- Use the quilt blocks on the ScanNCut to cut all the pieces for a few blocks, and then explore how to efficiently cut all the pieces you need for an entire quilt.

Needs List

- Double sided fusible: HeatNBond or Brother Applique Support Sheet

- About 6 fat quarters to play with

- ScanNCut machine with Fabric mat, rotary or fabric blade, (if you have a CM machine, a new Standard blade and Standard mat), penholder and blue pen tip.

- Laptop with Canvasworkspace downloaded and installed (I can help with this during the class if needed)

- A USB stick if yoru ScanNCut is not Wifi enabled

General supplies: scissors, brayers, spatula
