Plastic Spring Hoops made by DMC . The plastic ring has a groove on the inside that the metal ring fits into. To use: place the plastic ring under the fabric then squeeze the two springs on the metal ring together to make the metal ring smaller and fit it into the groove, trapping the fabric in place. Let the springs go and turn the fabric over to stitch on the other side.
