This fun, texturific sweater - the Beekeeper Cardigan - was the design for the 2018 2nd annual 4 Day Sweater KAL which ran July 1 - 15th, 2018. (Note: The first 4 Day KAL in 2017 was the Stillwater cardigan)

Knit top-down and seamless with a unique saddle shoulder shaping that hugs your shoulders, this rhythmic pattern is addictive and fun to work.

Gauge
18 stitches and 30 rows = 10 cm in pattern stitch with larger needles

NOTE about GAUGE: In testing this pattern, it was found that the needle size required to meet gauge varied quite widely depending on yarn used and knitter’s personal style. The range used by testers was US 3 [3.25mm] through US 7 [4.5mm] for the main body, so knitting a gauge swatch is absolutely critical to determine needle size and ensure proper fit of the garment.
